An intake device for an internal combustion engine is formed such that an air filter 18 is held between the end face of a case body 12 and the end face of a cap part 13, and a fuel injection valve 29 to inject fuel against an internal combustion engine 10 and a fuel feed pipe 31 to feed fuel to the fuel injection valve 29 are arranged in a space 26 formed between the case body 12 and the cap part 13. Fit-in parts in which the two end parts of the fuel feed pipe 31 are fitted are formed in the end faces of the case body 12 and the cap part 13 and the two end parts of the fuel feed pipe 31 are securely nipped between the fit-in parts of the case body 12 and the cap part 13.
