PURPOSE: To increase the degree of freedom for designing a connecting pipe so as to sufficiently exhibit the characteristic of the connecting pipe, and arrange an air suction pipe and a throttle body on one nearly straight line so as to smoothen suction air flow, reduce air flow resistance, and favorably maintain the output characteristic of a V-type engine.

CONSTITUTION: A connecting pipe 20 connecting together the upper parts of the lower stream side ends of one side and the other side surge tanks 16-1, 16-2 is arranged, and an air suction pipe 24 connecting to a throttle body is arranged in a space part formed under the connecting pipe 20 and over the one side and the other side intake pipes.
