Abstract:
To reduce the construction cost of intake and discharge pipes used for an intake and discharge facility such as an energy facility.
One end of an undersea tunnel 1 installed for passing a gas pipe line 2 and composed of a shield tunnel, an immersed tunnel or the like is connected to the intake and discharge facility 21 by a conduit 1b. An intake and discharge port 1a extended on the bottom of the sea 4 from the upper section of the undersea tunnel 1 is mounted. Water is passed through the tunnel inside 1c, and the undersea tunnel 1 is used as one of the intake and discharge pipe taking seawater to the intake and discharge, facility 21 and discharging a drain from the intake and discharge facility 21.
