To use the same intake pipe regardless of whether a counterpart to be connected is made of resin or metal.
A first flange portion 15 is formed over the whole periphery at the downstream ends of intake pipes 7a to 7c. Meanwhile, a second flange portion 25 is formed over the whole periphery at the upstream end of a member on the side of an engine. The first flange portion 15 is provided with a first storage recessed part 43 which has a welding projection 39 formed at its inner bottom and weldable to the second flange portion 25, and which forms a first storage space 41 between the second flange portion 25 and the first storage recessed part, and a second storage recessed part 51 which is formed on the side of the inner periphery of the first storage recessed part 43 and which forms a second storage space 49 between the second flange part 25 and the second storage recessed part. When the member on the side of the engine is the resin intake pipe 21, a burr generated along with welding is stored in the first storage space 41. Meanwhile, when the member on the side of the engine is the metal intake pipe 21 or an engine body, a seal member is stored in the second storage space 49.
