Abstract:
To provide intake structure that can secure the appropriate pipe length of an intake pipe in an engine provided at a small sailing ship.
A collector box 4 is disposed between engine mounts 15, 15 provided at the front and rear on the left side of the engine E, and its bottom part 4b is positioned below a plane F orthogonal to the stroke direction of a piston 12p, including an axis C of a crankshaft 26. A downstream opening 3a of the intake pipe 3 is connected to an intake port 1b, and an upstream opening 3b is opened in a position determined on the basis of intake resistance or the like in the collector box 4.
