To provide an intake structure of an outboard engine capable of achieving excellent intake performance.
In the intake structure of an outboard engine in which the air taken from a first air intake port 42 and a second air intake port 43 is fed to a throttle body and sucked, the first air intake port 42 is put into an open state opened forward by rotating inwardly a lid member 41 connected to an engine cover 4A rotatably, on the front side of the engine cover 4A for covering an upper part of the outboard engine, and the second air intake port 43 is put into an open state opened backward by rotating inwardly an opening/closing member 44 connected to an inner part of the engine cover 4A rotatably, on the rear side of the engine cover 4A, and a space for allowing communication between the first air intake port 42, the second air intake port 43 and the throttle body is provided separately from an engine room.
