Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve intake efficiency while installing a compact air cleaner including an engine auxiliary machine therein in an intake structure for a saddle-riding type vehicle.SOLUTION: The intake structure for a saddle-riding type vehicle includes: an intake passage connected to a cylinder head 22b of the engine 11; and an air cleaner 25 connected to the intake passage and disposed upward the engine 11, where a filter 41 for cleaning suctioned air is disposed in the air cleaner 25. The filter 41 is formed in a substantially U shape and part of the filter 41 includes a cutout part 72 for storing a fuel injection device 52 on an upstream side of the engine 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
