Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake changeover valve capable of preventing a load on a motor from becoming excessive.SOLUTION: An intake changeover valve 21 comprises: a cool air passage part 32 for introducing cool air into an intake passage 12 connected to an engine 11; a hot air passage part 33 for introducing hot air into the intake passage 12; a valve element 35 opening and closing the cool air passage part 32 and the hot air passage part 33; a motor 36 turn-driving the valve element 35; and a control part 37 duty-controlling the motor 36 to control the opening of the valve element 35. In the intake changeover valve, the control part 37, when introduction of hot is requested, sets full open holding duty that is energization duty for causing the motor 36 to generate torque necessary for arranging and holding the valve element 35 at a full open position in which, by the valve element 35, the cool air passage part 32 is closed and the hot air passage 33 is opened, to minimum duty at least necessary for holding the full open position which is calculated on the basis of an intake air amount sucked in the engine 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
