Abstract:
To provide an intake system of an internal combustion engine which enables a shaft part of an intake control valve supported by bearings to rotate smoothly.SOLUTION: An intake system 101 includes: an intake system body 2 including an intake passage 21a which supplies intake air to a combustion chamber 14; an intake control valve 4 which includes valve parts 40 disposed at the inner side of the intake passage 21a and a shaft part 41 supporting the valve parts 40 and which causes the valve parts 40 to rotate with the shaft part 41 to control flow of intake air; and bearings 3 which respectively include through holes 30 and rotatably support the shaft part 41. The valve parts 40 and the shaft part 41 are integrally formed by resin molding with the bearings 3 inserted thereinto. The bearings 3 are assembled to the shaft part 41 in a state that the shaft part 41 passes through the through hole of each bearing 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
