To provide an intake unit integrated with an engine cover, and capable of simplifying assembling, reducing the number of parts and improving maintenance workability.
This intake unit 11 comprises an air cleaner 7 having a cool air intake duct 3, the engine cover 2 having a connection port 21 connected to the cool air intake duct 3, an intake duct 4 connected to the connection port 21, a first resonator 5 branched and connected to the intake duct 4, a first case 70 connected to the intake duct 4, a second case 71, an element 72 for partitioning the first case 70 and the second case 71, and a connection pipe 8 for connecting the second case 71 and a throttle body. The engine cover 2 is used as a part of an inner wall of an intake duct 4 and the first resonator 5. The second case 71 is integrated with the engine cover 2. The first case 70 is detachable from the engine cover 2.
