To integrally and continuously produce shape steel having coating films by making it possible to incorporate a powder coating stage into a production line for shape steel blanks.
This continuous production equipment for shape steel is provided with a roll molding machine 3 for molding and finishing the shape steel blanks of the prescribed sections uniform in a longitudinal direction by bending a belt-like steel sheet in its transverse direction on the downstream side of an un-coiler 2 for un-coiling this steel sheet and is provided with a cutting machine 4 for cutting the shape steel blanks emerging from this molding machine 3 to a specified length on the downstream side of the roll molding machine 3. In such a case, the equipment is provided with a degreasing and washing device 6 for degreasing and washing the cut shape steel blanks and a drying machine 7 for drying the shape steel blanks after the washing on the downstream side of this cutting machine 4 and is provided with a powder resin coating booth 8 for applying a powder resin on the surfaces of the shape steel blanks on the downstream side of this drying machine 7. The equipment is provided with an induction heating device 9 for melting the powder resin and fixing the molten resin to the shape steel blanks by inductively heating the shape steel blanks to the temp. higher than the m.p. of the powder resin on the downstream side of this booth 8.
