Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integral seal washer having excellent seal performance without generating fall-off or positional deviation in assembly.SOLUTION: A seal washer having a metal base material is interposed between both surfaces of a component, and both surfaces of the component are sealed by fastening the component to a connected component with a bolt. An integral seal washer is configured by overlapping the seal washers in a concentric circular shape and connecting them with an arm. The seal washer has an annular bead part, and a rubber-like elastic material layer formed on at least one surface of the surfaces of the base material.
