Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated check relief valve capable of regulating a backward moving amount of a valve seat member when operating the relief valve, and preventing the valve seat member from being tilted and a relief spring from falling down.SOLUTION: In an integrated check relief valve 1 comprising a valve housing 2, inside of the valve housing 2, a check ball 3 and a valve disc 4 to which the check ball may be abutted are provided in a movable manner in an axial direction. The integrated check relief valve also comprises: a check spring 5 which energizes the check ball 3 closer to the valve disc 4; a relief spring 6 which energizes the valve disc 4 closer to the check ball 3; and a guide member 8 which guides the relief spring 6 from an inner peripheral side. The moving amount of the valve disc 4 to a side where the relief spring 6 is degenerated is regulated by a distal end portion of the guide member 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
