An integral type drying and washing machine main body 50 is provided with a drum 7 for inputting a laundry, a drum motor for rotating the drum 7, a fan 1 for circulating air emitted from the drum 7 to the drum 7 again via an exhaust duct 9 and an air intake duct 3, a drying heater 4 for heating the air dehumidified in the exhaust duct 9 by cooling water, an exhaust gas temperature sensor 23 for detecting the temperature of the air exhausted from the drum 7, and a controller for controlling the drum motor and the drying heater 4 based on the detected temperature by the exhaust gas temperature sensor 23. The controller energizes the drying heater 4 in the last spinnign process before shifting to the drying process and controls the drum motor in such a state as spinning even in drying process.
