Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce number of elements and strive for low cost by forming a dust sucking nozzle as a one body type carrier equipped with dust collecting ditches stretched in right and left of the nozzle, namely along its width direction, and a dust sucking tube, and providing sealing members positioned in front and behind the dust collecting ditches and tightly contacting them with a base plate. CONSTITUTION: The dust sucking nozzle has a nozzle 1 that is provided with a base plate 2 in one body, and the whole forms a one body type carrier equipped with dust collecting ditches 3, 4 and a dust sucking tube 5. The dust sucking tube 5 is essentially positioned in the center of the nozzle 1, responds to the opening of the carrier passing through the dust sucking tube 5 and is connected with a dust sucking connector 6 that is composed of a shaft coupling 7 rotatable about the shaft 8 and a shaft coupling 9 rotatable about the axial center of the shaft 7. The carrier has two rear rollers 10. The dust collecting ditches 3, 4 open towards outer side of the axial direction and respectively have running rollers at the outer ends, elastic lip type sealing members are tightly contacting with the base plate in front and behind the dust collecting ditches 3, 4.
