Title:
INTEGRAL TYPE TWO-SHAFT SYNCHRONOUS DRIVING MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04178143
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To attain driving excellent in synchronization without using a drive transmitting device by arranging magnetic pole surfaces of fellow rotors, brought into contact or opposed approximately, in a stator, in which an armature is peripherally provided in an elliptic internal peripheral surface, and providing magnetic coupling action of the rotors.

CONSTITUTION: An armature 12, which is provided with 24 slots 13 to form tooth parts 14 for winding a coil 15, is internally provided in a stator 11 having an elliptic internal peripheral surface. Two rotors 20, 21 are arranged through a required space in the inside of this armature 12 in a manner wherein a distance between centers of shafts 22, 23 is made almost equal to a diameter of the rotors 20, 21, that is, magnets 26 of the rotors 20, 21 are brought into contact. In the rotors 20, 21, six R-Fe-B system magnets 26, alternately changing a magnetized direction, are arranged respectively in the periphery of iron cores 24, 25. No-arrangement parts 16 with no tooth parts 14 are formed in a part where the fellow rotors 20, 21 are opposed to each other, but in this part, the rotors 20, 21 constitute a magnetic coupling with two different magnetic pole surfaces opposed to each other.
