To switch cooling and heating modes to/from each other without changing the circulating direction of a refrigerant by arranging an introducing passage switching means to block up either one of an inside air introducing passage or an outside air introducing passage and an exhaust passage switching means to block up either one of an inside air exhaust passage or an outside air exhaust passage.
A first introducing passage switching damper 30 and a first exhaust passage switching damper 31 respectively cut off the flow of outside air at cooling time by an air conditioner control device 34, and sucked inside air is cooled by an evaporator 17, and air is sent into a car. At this time, a second introducing passage switching damper 32 and a second exhaust passage switching damper 33 respectively cut off the flow of inside air, and pass outside air through a compressor 15, and heat of a refrigerant flowing inside is radiated. A heating time, the first introducing passage switching damper 30 and the first exhaust passage switching damper 31, and the second introducing passage switching damper 32 and the second exhaust passage switching damper 33 are switched to the opposite side of cooling time, and inside air is sent inside the car heated by the compressor 15.
