PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify wiring with the house information panels of respective houses and to facilitate construction by integrating an abnormal alarm while combining it with a cluster monitor panel through the house information panels installed in the nearby houses when an alarm signal is received from any house where abnormality such as a fire occurs.
SOLUTION: An integrated alarm monitor panel 1 for multiple dwelling house connects house information panels 2 installed in respective houses through a communication line L1 and a central office transmission line L2. On the communication line L1, speaking signals are exchanged between the respective house information panels 2 and the integrated alarm monitor panel 1 for multiple dwelling house and a lobby interphone further connected to the integrated alarm monitor panel 1 for multiple dwelling house. On the central office transmission line L2, on the other hand, a control signal for interphone speaking, abnormal signals or fire alarm signals from the respective house information panels 2 and an alarm control signal from the integrated alarm monitor panel 1 for multiple dwelling house are exchanged by a multiple transmission system while adding addresses to respective terminal equipment of the respective house information panels 2.
