Title:
INTEGRATED CATALYTIC CRACKING AND WATER VAPOR PYROLYSIS METHOD FOR OLEFIN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005200631
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a method for maximizing the efficient production of feeds for petrochemistry by integration of a catalytic cracking apparatus and a pyrolytic/thermal cracking apparatus.

A catalytic cracking zone and a pyrolytic cracking zone for a gas oil and a light olefin are simultaneously integrated into, specifically, various flows of feeds and a flow of recirculation are simultaneously integrated into one or a plurality of appropriate cracking zones. For example, an ethane/propane is simultaneously integrated into a water vapor pyrolysis zone and a 4-6C olefin is simultaneously integrated into a light olefin cracking zone so as to determine their routes. Such integration enables maximized production of an integrated product flow having ethylene and/or propylene. The integration enhances the value of a substance balance resulting from integrated apparatuses even when feed flows with the lowest values are used. Thus, the integration maximizes the efficient production of feeds for petrochemistry.
