To obtain a camera that can use a small-sized, inexpensive and low voltage battery while surely starting a control circuit system of the camera by using an inexpensive and small-sized device.

The integrated circuit is provided with a 1st circuit block (a booster control circuit 201 and a battery check circuit 202) that warrants or detects a power supply voltage, a 1st control logic circuit (1st logic section 203) to start the 1st circuit block, a 2nd circuit block (other circuit 205) that conducts operations other than the power supply voltage warrant or detection, and a 2nd control logic circuit (a 2nd logic section 204) that starts this 2nd circuit block. Then the 1st control logic circuit is operated by a power supply voltage lower than that of the 2nd control logic circuit.
