Abstract:
To provide an integrated circuit device which can reduce delay time of serial data.
The integrated circuit device 10 includes a shift register 18 which includes first to Nth (N is an integer of 2 or larger) registers 121, ..., 12N, is input with serial data SD and outputs the serial data SD through the first to Nth registers 121, ..., 12N, and a special register 19 which holds an output SR of the shift register 18 and outputs the serial data SD. The integrated circuit device 10 outputs the serial data SD through the special register 19 to other integrated circuit device, being connected in cascade, as an output signal SO.
