Abstract:
To provide an integrated circuit for regulators, which may secure a dynamic range for driving a photocoupler even though a power voltage being used is lowered.
Series circuits of resistors 6, 7 and resistors 9, 10 are connected to emitters of transistors 5, 8, respectively. The bases of transistor 11 and a transistor 15, both of which constitute a differential amplifier G, are connected to the serial connecting points of the circuits. A three amplifier stages comprising a NPN type transistor 20, a PNP type transistor 22, and a NPN type transistor 25 are formed at an output side of the differential amplifier G. The final stage transistor 25 drives a light emitting diode of the photocoupler P.
