PURPOSE: To improve frequency transfer characteristics by a method wherein terminating resistors for input-side transfer channel characteristic impedance matching are built in an integrated circuit for a reduction in the Q value in the resonance circuit.
CONSTITUTION: Several resistor patterns 1, each presenting a value approximately equal to the product of a proper terminating resistance value and a whole number, are parallelly arranged between an input signal terminal pattern 3 and a termination voltage terminal pattern 4 in an integrated circuit 2. Some or all of the resistor patterns 1 are connected to the input signal terminal pattern 3 and to the termination voltage terminal pattern 4 at contact holes 5, which realizes a terminating resistance value nearest to the appropriate value. This design produces the optimum terminating resistance value in the presence of difference between the resistance patterns 1 in the values they present. This decreases the resonance circuit Q value, improving on the frequency transfer characteristics.
