In an integrated dental treatment device having a chair for a patient and a dental treatment unit, there are structurally connected to the dental treatment unit a spittoon structure, various arms, arbitrary devices or connector structures of tools and the like. There are also included in the treatment device, a means for installing the dental treatment unit on the floor and a means for structurally connecting to the dental treatment unit for the purpose of supporting the chair for a patient. The dental treatment unit is capable of turning around a vertical axis and is at least symmetrical about external parts, forming at least one vertical symmetrical plane. An axis as a standard of the turnable arrangement of the arms for an assistant's tools/dentist's tools is at least integrated with the symmetrical plane. The chair for a patient is at least symmetrical about the external parts, forming at least one vertical symmetrical plane, where the axis as the standard of the turnable arrangement of the dental treatment unit is integrated with the symmetrical plane.
