PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate an engine flywheel to a power generation system and a braking system.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an engine flywheel, and comprises: a first rotor member (120) connected to a drive shaft; one or a plurality of magnets (125) which are added to the first rotor member, arranged while opposing a stator, and generate a current at the rotation of the first rotor member; and a second rotor member (140) which is connected to the drive shaft, and has a braking surface (143) which is formed so as to be engaged with the braking member (150) so that a rotation speed of the second rotor member is decelerated.
