Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated information communications system that ensures communication security and reliability, without hardly revising a private address system by ensuring a communication speed, communication quality, communication fault countermeasures or the like, in a unified way without using a lease line or the Internet.
SOLUTION: The integrated information communication system includes an access controller that individually connects with external computer communication networks or information communication devices and with a repeater networking the access controller. The system has the function of routing and transferring information in a unified address system, by allowing the access controller to conduct address conversion so that intercommunication is made between the computer communication networks or between the information communication devices.
