Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated maintenance management system that automatically diagnoses a plant facility as requiring an update by continuously monitoring the state of the facility and diagnosing failures.SOLUTION: In response to alarm information from a plant facility monitoring unit 202 of a monitoring control device 104 on a machine field site, a plant facility alarm diagnosis unit 204 of a maintenance management server 107 on a manufacturer side which is connected via an internet 106 analyzes the alarm information, diagnoses the state of the plant facility, returns a countermeasure, and also stores failure information to a failure database D302. An update facility diagnosis (server) unit 203 of the maintenance management server 107 searches the failure database D302 at a predetermined period, analyzes trend information indicating the transition of a failure rate of the plant facility, diagnoses the necessity to update the plant facility, and notifies the monitoring control device 104 so as to be displayed for maintenance staff 114.
