To provide an integrated service system for improving operability for a user and providing plural value added services facilitated in the change of a system on the side of service providing.

A terminal 20 receives menu data, which are generated by a service controller 21, capable of selecting requests to various services provided by a value-added device 22 and displays a menu. A request signal linked to a selection item selected by the user is transmitted to the service controller 21. The service controller 21 registers the various access requests of the value- added device 22 corresponding to these request signals beforehand and registers the template of menu data to be transmitted to the terminal 20 for each service response beforehand. The service controller 21 transfers the access signal corresponding to the received request signal to the value-added device 22 and transfers a service response using the template corresponding to the service response received from the value-added device 22 to the terminal 20.
