To provide a manufacturing method by which an integrated solar battery can be manufactured with high productivity.
The manufacturing method includes a process in which a first electrode film 12 is divided in a stripe shape by removing a part of the first electrode film 12 to be a stripe shape after forming the first electrode film 12 on a main surface 11c of a substrate 11. This process comprises a process of forming resist patterns 21a in the stripe shape on the main surface 11c of the substrate 11, a process of forming the first electrode film 12 so as to cover the resist patterns 21a, a process of removing a part of the first electrode film 12 to be the stripe shape by partly removing the first electrode film 12 formed on the resist patterns 21a, 21a, and a process of sputtering the parts where the first electrode films 12 are removed.
