To provide an integrated traceability system which is consistently used from a manufacturing process to a physical distribution process, by which detailed tracing is performed while minimizing clerical work man-hour of a worker for each process.

The integrated traceability system is constituted of a PLC (Programmable Controller) 1001 which receives manufacturing instruction information from a high-order instruction system to control a manufacturing line, an issuance terminal 1002, a first scan terminal 1003, a second scan terminal 1004 provided in a work site 1005, a quality guarantee module 1006 by which an officer, a section in charge of manufacturing and physical distribution set various kinds of approval information to each lot of a product, an information management center 1007 which manages the traceability information and a tracing module 1008 which traces the product by retrieving information stored in the information management center 1007 to browse trace information.
