To provide an intellectual property management system capable of promptly and efficiently providing information on items about intellectual properties.
The intellectual property management system 1 allows internal extract data stored in an internal data storage portion 13 to be consulted at a predetermined time so that items with changes in information about date and number of application, etc., are detected as items which need to be reported. After people concerned with these items are read from a list of people concerned which is stored in a list storage portion 15, report information reporting that these items have been filed is transmitted from a transmitting portion 52 to terminals used by the people concerned.
