It is urged to select one of arts which do not want to be copied, arts which may be only executed, and arts which should be kept secret, and methods of handling the respective cases are displayed at an advice display part 9, so that administrative determinations can be made while the intellectual properties that a company possesses are overlooked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
