An unconventional navigation system is constructed, and an actual photographic camera for performing self-propelled path recording and reproduction is interlinked. A traffic accident or an accident, such as, burglary in an automobile community is analyzed clearly by an insurance company, and negligence ratio is readily calculated so that huge loss in the sum of the insurance company can be reduced. The police is able to investigate the accident based on the operation recording.
