Abstract:
To solve such problems that relevant information related to a conference telephone of a conventional technology needs to be manually interposed and so on.
The problems are solved by a system which integrates conference platforms and provides real-time information by having an intelligent agent running on a network server that is integrated with the conference platform. The intelligent agent is customized or adapted to "on the fly" or is preprogrammed by a user or a caller to examine a real-time data feed or to actively search a website or other information sources. The agent reports all relevant informations or contents to the system for injection or broadcast into the conference.
