A reservation party 5 desiring order reservation to an installation uses a telephone set 6 to call the reservation reception equipment 1. Furthermore, a terminal equipment input device 3 of the computer 4 is arranged in the installation and the reservation party 5 reaching the installation uses the input device 3 to make communication. Thus, the reservation party 5 recognizes the order and its wait time and reserves a contact at a designated time. When the reserved time comes, the reception equipment 1 is contacted with the reservation party 5 by the telephone set 6, a ratio pager 7 or a notice means in the installation.
