To perform status inquiry with the same condition designation and viewpoint by mounting a function for associating recovery schedule information or payment schedule information in respective management units to collectively inquire them in an on-site department and an accounting department.SOLUTION: According to this embodiment, an inter-departmental information sharing device includes: slip schedule information processing means for inputting slip recovery schedule information in a slip unit or slip payment schedule information in a slip unit and registers the slip recovery schedule information or the slip payment schedule information in a storage part in accordance with operation in an on-site department; denomination schedule information processing means for inputting denomination-based recovery schedule information of a transaction customer and in a denomination unit or denomination-based payment schedule information of the transaction customer and in the denomination unit and storing the denomination-based recovery information and the denomination-based payment schedule information in the storage part in accordance with operation in an accounting department; and inquiry processing means for displaying the slip recovery schedule information and the denomination-based recovery schedule information or the slip payment schedule information and the denomination-based payment schedule information registered in the storage part on the basis of an inquiry condition designated on an inquiry screen in accordance with operation of the on-site department or the accounting department.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
