Abstract:
To provide a method of analyzing an interaction as a dynamic function of an objective dimer, and of analyzing competitive interaction with a plurality of coexisting dimers.
A biomolecule A and biomolecule B are under a relation of forming the hetero-dimer by the interaction, and the interaction with a biomolecule C is measured by changing a ratio of the biomolecule A to the biomolecule B to form a complex, and by controlling an existence ratio of a homo-dimer to the hetero-dime.
