PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for automatically and continuously providing consumers with customized reports, advisories, alerts, forecasts, and warnings meeting a consumer-defined level of need and a dynamic spatial location.SOLUTION: A user of a communicator device registers with a service provider for delivering a plurality of different types of content to be passed to the communicator device. User defined priority is assigned to the content. The user defined priority is stored in a computer readable medium. The different types of content are passed to the communicator device on the basis of the user defined priority.
