Abstract:
To provide a transporter peptide capable of moving across a biological membrane, and to provide a method for using the transporter peptide transporting an effector across a biological membrane.
The transporter peptide contains at least one amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of following amino acid sequences: (a) (XmRXoRXn); (b) (XmRRRXn); (c) (XmRRXRXn); and (d) (XmRXRRXn), and the transporter peptide can move across a biological membrane. Wherein, X is a non-basic amino acid; m is an integer of 0-14; n is independent of m and an integer between 0 and 14; o is independent of m and n and an integer between 0 and 5. And a method for screening a phage library to the transporter peptide is provided.
