PURPOSE: To surely secure privacy of a message between users by storing the message to a store device corresponding to a password added thereto and reading only a relevant message based on the password in a message reception request signal and sending the message to a called terminal equipment.
CONSTITUTION: When information representing the reception disable state of a called terminal equipment 17 and the enable state of intercept reception is returned from a controller 22 of a called exchange 4, a caller exchange 3 connects a caller terminal equipment 16 to a message transmitter-receiver 9 and the controller 22 of the called exchange 4 stores the information to relevant buffers 19-21 of a store device 18. When the called terminal equipment 17 sends a message reception request signal RQ1 added with a password '1', the controller 22 reads a message M1 added with the password '1' stored in the buffer 20 of the store device 18 and sends the message to the called terminal equipment 17.
