A distribution table holding part 250 associates power distribution information, which indicates relation between the amount of the supply power and the use power of drive parts, with the operation information, so as to hold both kinds of information. Then, the distribution power determination part 260 acquires power distribution information corresponding to the operation information from the distribution table holding part 250, and determines the power to be distributed to the drive parts for driving respective optical members by each drive part, based on the acquired power distribution information and the amount of the supply power.
