To use mostly wooden panels for form panels used for concrete placement and to provide form panels for concrete placement which can solve apprehensive problems of the destruction of an environment by the global warming due to a carbon dioxide and which can be used togerther with wooden panels which have been easily processed and be interchangeable with the wooden panels.

The form panel is constituted in such a manner that interchangeable panels of diversified materials can be interchanged for surface replacing panels at the concrete pouring side. That is, assembling can be simplified by using moduled assembling parts with various materials. Therefore, strength can be increased by assembling and independence, and thus the number of auxiliary parts can be reduced and labor-saving can be attained. Also, the panel on the surface of concrete placement is rapidly scrached but if the panel on that surface is used after re-covering, the durability of the whole of the panel can be increased and the cost can be reduced. If this is made by a metal panel, it becomes a scrap after its last use and this can be recycled and the amount of industrial waste can be reduced thereby partly contributing to the solution of an environmental problem.
