Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a device at low cost with a miniaturized seize and high efficiency capable of actuating in a test of a high frequency by means of converting the reciprocal motion at one end of a duct into energy of an interchanging oil by an actuating oil, and of transferring this into a load at another end side as a reciprocal motion.
