Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom system capable of managing connection abnormality data, etc. with a simple system configuration without providing a server for managing a communication history.SOLUTION: Each intercom slave unit 1 and each intercom master unit 2 perform the confirmation of connection with connection destinations and preserve connection abnormality data in a slave unit storage section 15 or a master unit storage section 26 when a connection abnormality occurs. An intercom system includes a system management device 3 for collecting data respectively stored in the intercom slave unit 1 and the intercom master unit 2 via a communication network N. The data are collected by the predetermined operation of the system management device 3 and the collection result is displayed on a display 31.
