To slightly change a user operation element without correcting any fixed control software or hardware.
The software and hardware resources of an electronic system are programmed as the configuration for generating a single data table 22 in a program memory in order to allocate user operation 20 to the function of the system. The user operation 20 is allocated through suitable correction to this table 22 again. Therefore, the small change to the user operation can be programmed without correcting the software or hardware of the system. Thus, the generation of considerable development cost can be avoided. Further, a standard component to be especially prepared for satisfying the necessity of product or expansion peculiar for the local market can be developed.
