To provide an interface means between a network exchange and a CTI server means, that is configured to conduct communication between the CTI server means and a service exchange function device, having a service exchange function in a network exchange.

This interface means mentioned in the purpose above might be part of a device that serves a service at least to a customer. The device, including the interface means includes a network exchange where its service exchange function device SSF, is coupled with a CTI server means CTS via the interface means IM of this invention and the CTI server means is further coupled to an execution means for executing service via an application programming interface.
