Abstract:
The invention discloses an interference coordination method. The method includes the steps that primary-secondary-member cells (Pscell) are selected from Scells in a network, and other Scells are determined as secondary-secondary-member cells (Sscell); when a user terminal (UE) is connected, service Pscells of the UE are selected according to first receiving signal quality parameters of the UE; whether the service Sscells need to be added to the UE or not is determined according to second receiving signal quality parameters of the UE. The invention further discloses a base station for executing the method. According to the method, the minimum interference among the Pscells serves as the criterion when the Pscells are determined, interference among the small-small cells can be lowered accordingly, and the capacity of the network is increased.
