The interior decorating apparatus for embodying an artificial snow scene comprises a body 1 opened at all surfaces except an upper predetermined part and lower predetermined part, at least one snow ice unit 2 provided at the upper part of the body 1 to form ice powder to supply it into the body, a cooling unit 3 for condensing refrigerant recovered after using as a cool source for the unit 2 at low temperature and again providing it to the unit 2, and water circulating means provided in the lower part of the body l to store and contain melted water of the ice powder and again supplying stored water to the unit 2 as water.
