PURPOSE: To maintain the excellent heat insulating ability and airtightness of an interior finish panel itself, and to heighten the airtightness of a portion being in contact with another construction.

CONSTITUTION: In an interior finish panel 1 provided with thermal insulating material such as glass wool in the inner space of a panel body 2, an elastic body 6 such as neoprene rubber or the like is attached to the whole outer peripheral edge of the panel body 2. In addition, a moisture-proof sheet 7 is stuck to the whole of one side of the panel body 2. In this formation, when the side of the moisture-proof sheet 7 of the interior finish panel 1 is turned toward an indoor side, the indoor moisture is prevented from entering inside the interior finish panel 1, and the heat insulating ability of the interior finish panel 1 itself can be maintained. Since the elastic body 6 is provided on the outer periphery of the panel body 2, there is no possibility of causing a gap between the mutually arranged interior finish panels 1 by the dimensional error of the interior finish panel 1.
