PURPOSE: To obtain excellent antifouling properties, the bleedout proofness of plasticizer and moldability by a method wherein surface layer has polyalcohol, which is obtained by reducing the polyketone made of carbon monoxide-ethylene-base copolymer.

CONSTITUTION: Interior finishing material is obtained by providing polyalcohol on surface layer. The polyalcohol is obtained by a method, in which some part or the whole of carbonyl group on polyketone made of carbon monoxide- ethylene copolymer is reduced with hydrogen or the like, a method, in which some part or the whole of carbonyl group in the polyketone is treated with metal hydride, or the like. Further, by providing resin composition consisting of polyalcohol obtained by reducing polyketone made of carbon monoxide- ethylene copolymer and carboxylic acid-modified polyethylene resin on the surface layer of interior finishing material, the interior finishing material more excellent in matte effect can be obtained.
